This document is mainly based on the information collected during the second EHTEL webinar dedicated to the theme “Making real-world data fit for European Health Data Spaces”.
It summarises the general context of the European Strategy for Data, which was the central topic of the first webinar. It analyses the present positioning of Member States and alternative approaches proposed by private initiatives, in particular by the InteropEHRate project. The webinar was hosted by EHTEL on Monday, 29 June 2020, with the support of EHTEL ELO Network Co-Chairs Andreas Grode (Gematik, Berlin – Germany) and Vesa Jormanainen (THL, Helsinki – Finland).
