OPEN DEI is offering a series of free webinars focused on
Data Platforms and Pilot Implementations
The EU-funded OPEN DEI project supports the creation of common data platforms based on a unified architecture and an established standard in different sectors: manufacturing, agriculture, energy and healthcare, which represent key fields for the deployment of the EU strategy for digitalisation. In this framework, OPEN DEI aims to detect gaps, encourage synergies, support regional and national cooperation, and enhance communication among the Innovation Actions implementing the EU Digital Transformation strategy.
OPEN DEI is organising a series of free webinars to support Digital Transformation projects and stakeholders in joining forces to build the Data Sovereignty Spaces.

Business opportunities for Digital Transformation through the ecosystem of Digital Innovation Hubs in Europe
May 14, 2020 at h. 10:00 CET
Europe is heavily investing in the development of a network of Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) to increase the local capacity for digital transformation of European industry.
Interested to know what a DIH is, who they are, how they can be beneficial to Digital Platforms and Pilots Innovation Actions?
This webinar will present an updated overview of the European activities about DIHs in the different OPEN DEI sectors (Manufacturing, Energy, Healthcare and Agri-food) and technologies (AI, Cybersecurity, Industrial IOT, Cloud and HPC). This webinar will explore how DIHs can become important partners for OPEN DEI stakeholders (from both the supply and the demand side) for a leaner global uptake and transfer of their digital solutions towards SMEs and a deep and structured Digital Transformation of all EU industries; at large scale and with lower costs. OPEN DEI will show through this webinar the benefits that the connection and active participation of its digital platforms constituency in DIH ecosystems can bring by supporting business growth, shaping better digital products and more effective industrial processes in our four domains.
