The European conference hosted by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture and EURAGRI (European Agricultural Research Initiative) will deal with digitalisation in the agricultural sector and is geared towards stakeholders in the fields of politics, science and practice.
The conference will shed light on the subjects from different angles and focus on two thematic priorities. Track 1 will address the digital transformation in agriculture, provide an overview of activities undertaken in EU member states with respect to digitalisation in farming, and identify further options for cooperation between member states. In the context of track 2, the European Commission, member states and experts will discuss rules and guidelines for agricultural data (European Agricultural Data Governance).
