On 14th Dec 2021, the second workshop of the OPEN DEI Task Force 4 “Digital Transformation Business Impact” was held with participation of several stakeholders from OPEN DEI internal ecosystem projects, OPEN DEI consortium and external experts. The workshop called “SWOT co-design workshop” was the second step of iteration 1 of TF4 (following the first workshop which was held on 25 Nov 2021) and aimed at co-developing of domain-based SWOT analysis of digital platforms across European Research and Innovation landscape taking into account the analysis and output of the first workshop.
Overall 22 participants attended the workshop and worked in 4 parallel sessions moderated by OPEN DEI domain ambassadors where each session focused on designing a domain-based SWOT analysis for a specific domain of manufacturing, energy, healthcare and agrifood. Thanks to participation of different types of stakeholders such as OPEN DEI projects ( BD4OPEM, SYNERGY, Gatekeeper, HosmartAI, ETAM) and relevant EU initiatives and projects ( Platformuptake, NGIoT, AIOT, EIT Digital) many interesting points were raised and discussed within the parallel sessions.
The output of each parallel session was later on presented to the audience and discussed among all the participants.
TF4 will continue its journey by analyzing the collected input and shape the acquired knowledge and information from both workshops in a format of a position paper.
